How Does Sofwave Work?
Sofwave uses a Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam (SUPERB™) to send ultrasound energy to the middle layer of skin at just the right depth and temperature, to rejuvenate collagen fibres.

How Long Does Sofwave Last?

Post-Treatment Tips
Protect from the sun: Wear sunscreen with at least SPF 30 or SPF 50 every day, such as Aesthetic Skinceuticals Advanced Brightening UV Defence SPF50 30ml. UV rays can damage the collagen and elastin in your skin.
Avoid irritants: Avoid direct sunlight, hot baths and saunas, makeup, and abrasive skincare products. You should also avoid vitamin C for 24 hours after the treatment.
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water.

How many treatments do I need?
Sofwave is an incredible device that can make your skin better even after just one try. But if your skin needs more help, you might need to use it twice, with about 8-12 weeks in between each use. After that, to keep seeing good results, most people do it again every 1-3 years, depending on how old they are and the condition of their skin.
Is Sofwave treatment painful?
Prior to treatment, we apply a topical numbing cream to numb the area for about an hour. This helps reduce any pain during the procedure. You might feel a little uncomfortable as your skin starts to tighten, but it doesn't last long. Initially, you may feel a little discomfort as the skin responds to the treatment. In most cases, clients report this eases within a couple of hours.
How long does it take to see results?
You will notice continuous improvements in your skin's appearance over time, with the full results typically appearing after 6–9 months. The treatment offers results typically lasting up to 1-2 years and can be repeated when needed.
Can I use it with other treatments?
You can use Sofwave with biostimulators, anti-wrinkle injections, and dermal fillers. But, it's best to wait 1-2 days before getting any other treatments done in the same area that was treated with Sofwave.
Who shouldn't get Sofwave treatment?
Even though Sofwave is okay for most people, pregnant or nursing women, and those with certain medical conditions or skin diseases, should talk to their doctor before thinking about getting the treatment.
How is Sofwave different from other skin-tightening treatments?
Sofwave focuses on treating the mid-dermis layer of your skin without affecting the outer layer. This means you'll have very little or no downtime, and you won't usually get common side effects like redness or swelling.
